Our story
Zia Maria is where a passion for pizza meets art and a warm sense of community.
Born as a family project, our restaurant brings together the tradition of Italian pizza and a friendly, creative atmosphere.
We believe every pizza is a work of art – made with fresh ingredients and a light, flavourful dough – and that food brings people together. We showcase local artists in changing exhibitions, turning our space into a living gallery where guests enjoy contemporary flavours and find inspiration.

Do you deliver?
At the moment we only offer pickup. You can place your order online and collect it at our restaurant.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Our pizzas are made fresh and usually take 15-20 minutes. We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian pizzas made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Take a look at our menu for the full selection.
Can I customise my pizza?
Yes! You can add or remove ingredients when you order. We also offer gluten-free options and can cater for most dietary requirements.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00. Online orders can be placed until 30 minutes before closing.
How can I pay for my order?
You pay online when you place your order — by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount is only charged once the restaurant accepts your order. Paying in cash on site is not possible.
